After considering it for awhile, Jeff decided that he'd have to change his mother turned sister back and try to reason with her. Sighing with his mother's feminine voice, he walked over to the chronivac and set his mother's profile from unaware to aware.
Moments later, Sherry ran back into the room.
"What the heck happened?" Sherry breathed. "The last thing I remember was trying to make you come...shopping."
"I didn't want your mind Mom. And I dont want to come shopping either."
"Well what happened?"
"You made yourself unaware by accident I guess. You had Carrie's mind. I just convinced Carrie to go lay down in the other room and changed you back."
"Oh... thanks a lot Jeff. After what I did you still saved me."
"Well Mom I like having fun with you...and your sister isnt really that fun."
His mother giggled.
"Sorry Jeff, but I'm afraid we really will have to go shopping."
"What? Why?"
"Because as Carrie I don't have any clothes. It would look weird for me to be wearing my...I mean your clothes, wouldn't it?"
Jeff thought about it, and he had to admit she was right. His mother smiled in her new body.
"Oh good! I know you don't like shopping, but what's the point of this whole thing if it isn't trying out new things? I promise we'll have loads of fun together! You're the best so-...I mean the best sister a girl could have!" Sherry gushed.
Jeff rolled his eyes, but he had no choice but to grab his mother's, now his, purse and get ready to head to the mall.
