Todd was impressed with his creation. He now had the capabilities to live out his wildest, oddest fantasies, or help others live out theirs as best as he could.
He looked around the library, and then sighed.
"Even though there's only a few people here, and it'd be safe to test here, I really don't like my targets..." He thought aloud.
