Just the space of a short hour of time and all were setting around the warm feeling campfire. Jack set up a tent for the two girl to sleep out of the weather and chilly damp cold of the long October night.
Meanwhile he and Paul had plans of roughing it a bit, sleeping in there bedrolls under the stars.
Four friends and all laughing and joking, the fun was a bit too much for Shanna as she had this sudden personal need.
Nervously, Shanna made mention of her urge to Katie, who dismissed it with telling her there was more than enough trees out in the dark to bracer her back...
Shanna was a good bit disturbed about this, she had hope of some public facility to be nearby, but that was the furthest thing from the truth.
At last she could hold back her problem no more; jumping up, she gave a look to the blackness that surrounded the camp, and then leaped over Katie, and ran out into the forest.
Paul and Jack looked with wonder at Shanna and her sudden move. Their eyes question the reason she would maybe think of playing some trick or game; there out in the forest and the pitch black, moonless night.
Katie kept the true reason to herself, just giving a shrug to her shoulders when asked what was up by Jack.
Shanna wandered a bit far from the camp. She looked hard for a place with two trees close together, where she might hold on both to relieve that growing urge.
Soon she gave up and just did as had Katie suggested, bracing next to a tree and ...
Relieved, she then thought of where the others were in the camp; but having wandered other than a straight line, she was well out of sight.
Scared she began to walk about the black forest.
Soon she realized the fact that Shanna was lost.
Her fear made Shanna become irrational, running ever deeper into the black forest. Faster she ran, bumping into trees, thickets, and bushes. Her face was scratched and bleeding when Shanna saw in the distance a campfire, and to her a reprieve from a horrible situation.
