Russel screamed out in pain as all his muscle cells tore themselves apart. His entire body burned for what seemed to be forever...
Meanwhile, his brain was searching for the information these new memories contained... stuff that Simon might have seen on TV or at school that he thought was completely irrelevant to him... now Russel needed to know how to play football, how to lift weights, how to act like a jock in general... his brain cells rearranged themselves to make Russel's new mind. And in forming these new connections, Russel's brain destroyed all the old one's about math, science, and video games. He wouldn't need them anyways.
The pure protein was now being absorbed from his swollen belly into his blood stream... and from his bloodstream into his muscle cells, as they rebuilt themselves bigger, wider, and longer.
A tingling numbness overcame Russel as these changes took place. His chest expanded and he grew an 8 pack, and as he stretched his back it started to resemble valley formations as the definition started to appear. His tris and bis grew, and so did his forearms. His legs, once chicken-like, became cut and defined as they inflated slowly. When the changes were done, Russel looked down at his defined muscles in shock.
"HOW THE FUCK DID I BECOME SO SKINNY!?"
After all, 10 pounds of protein can only become so much muscle...
Russel was burning mad. He somehow lost his 310 pounds of pure muscle and became as skinny as he was in 8th grade. But coming out of a dizzy, hazy numbness he couldn't explain, he decided that all he could do now was gain it all back.
He looked at Mark. "Yo, Cap'n. Got any 'roids with ya?"
Mark responded. "Sure, I've got some really quick acting shit here. It's really powerful. Be careful with it".
"Whatever", Russel said as he popped 10 of the pills Mark gave him and headed off to the weight room...
