You reappear in a large room, roughly auditorium sized. There are easily fifty people here, relatively evenly split amongst the genders, with the men holding a slight edge.
On a slightly elevated stage is a man in a sharp black business suit with a headset microphone on. "Ladies and Gentlemen, may I have your attention please," he says, and the auditorium comes to a hush. "Thank you," he says. "First of all, I would like to welcome you to the ultimate game of hunter and hunted, the land of Moon Isle. Now, in a moment, you'll be divided into teams and taken into individual briefing rooms for your teams, but first I need to let you know a couple of crucial bits of information. First off, people have been seriously injured, and on occasion even killed playing our game. Secondly, this game will last all night, ending only at sunrise. Sunset is in a half an hour, and sunrise will not arrive for 10 more hours. Noone in the game can leave until it ends. If the danger or duration of the game is an object to anyone, please see one of our attendants at the back two doors now, and they'll lead you back to the park." He paused, waiting to see if anyone left, and noone did.
"Great," he continued, "Let's get you into teams. One of our attendants will be coming up to you with a bag. Inside, there are chips of two different colors, red and blue. After you receive your chip, please head to either the red door on the left of the room, or the blue door, on the right of the room for team-specific briefing."
You wait for the attendant nearest your row to approach you, smiling. You reach into the bag, and pull out a chip, examining its color, and heading to the appropriate door.
