As Mary rubbed her round belly, something inside of her suddenly shifted. She couldn't figure out what it was at first, but she realized that suddenly something was pouring into her belly. She felt the warm liquid slowly gather at the bottom of the air-filled pouch and as she held it in her hands, her belly began to sag. It filled with more and more liquid, and Mary jiggled it around. It wasn't water; it sounded too thick. The only thing she could think of was that it was filling with the milk that had previously been stored in her udder. Maybe the vials had reactions to each other if used too frequently?
Whatever the case, her potbelly now sagged with at least four gallons of fresh milk. It put a strain on her back just to stand up, unlike the air which used to be inside of it. There was no way she'd be able to hide it under any of her shirts. Since she no longer had an udder, she couldn't think of how to get the milk out, other than wait for her body to process it...assuming it was even going to be digested inside that newly formed belly pocket.
