Jenny's birthday rolled around; a day Dean was eagerly anticipating. With the belt in hand, he made his way to her house to bestow his present upon her.

It should be noted that Dean is of a unique sort. A bright child, turned bright young man, yet a slacker to the bitter end. Often his instructors, parents, bosses, and anyone else unfortunate enough to find him at their command would be driven to the brink of insanity from his antics and general lethargy. Oftentimes he would be found unrelatable to others, due to his high capacity and ability to think outside the box, so luck would have it that he would find Jenny, a bookish type who shared many interests with young Dean. They would converse on various philosopical matters, often causing anyone within earshot to writhe in comprehension of their radical ideas. One thing lead to another and soon they found themselves inseperable.
But enough of that. Dean's ego is driven primarily by himself. He sees no need to do for others (except for Jenny) and will go about using others to satisfy his desires, though he has no malicious intent in doing so. He happens to be a fetishist, seeing deep pleasure in a variety of things, from the mundane to the exotic, all this reinforcing his desire to find the one-of-a-kind things in the world to pour over. Thus, the belt he holds satisfies two things, his desire to tinker, and his attraction to fetishes. Convenient indeed.

Jenny opened the door to greet her boyfriend.
"Happy Birthday, sweetie."
"Oh, Dean, thank you! *kiss*"
Dean made his way into the house and took root on the sofa. His newfound weight was bogging him down slightly, but he was quick to adjust to it. "So, you get anything good today?"
"Dean, its never about the presents, silly! It's the sign of respect by giving them!"
"Then I should respect you, on your glorious day of birth." And with that, he procured a box.
Jenny gave a slight gasp, then took the box with a bow and was delicate in opening it. Inside was the belt.
"Wow, it's a beautiful belt, though it seems rather large..." Jenny noted. "Also, I hardly need a belt at all."
"It still makes for fashion, no? Here, how about I put it on you?"
Dean pulled Jenny close to him and began to thread the belt through her pants. He wrapped it around and around, finally bringing it to rest. Then, with a little smirk, he gave a slight tug outward, and watched as Jenny's stomach came to meet her pants.
"All done. See? It's long so you can conceal the buckle." Dean pulled Jenny over to a mirror.
"Wow..." She said in astonishment. The belt seemed to glow with a soft radiance on her. "I really adore it! Thank you so much!"
"No problem at all, Jenny! It's what I do. I'm your boyfriend after all, so if it makes you happy, then my work is done, and that makes me happy too."
"Ohhh." She cooed, and stretched over to kiss Dean on the lips, the belt working quickly to hold firm. As she reset, Dean took notice of a little paunch forming, and smiled inwardly from the knowledge of what was taking place.
"Alright," said Dean, satisfied with his work, "I have things to do, unfortunately, so I cannot linger. Any parting words before I take off?"
"No." Jenny shook her head, "Go right on ahead with what you need to do. I'll come over later tonight and visit, okay?"
"That'd be very nice," He replied. "I look forward to your visit.
And so he took leave, once again admiring his fortune. I hope to see Jenny again soon, he thought, for I can't wait to see how this turns out.
"Take note of our variety, both of wear and of wearing." The shopkeeper was on the money with that line. Again, that place would be the hub to all his desire, and so it began.
