By the time she got to school her shoes had become much to tight. She had 15 minutes before her first class started so she decided to head into the bathroom to check them out. But on her way there she was stopped by a familiar voice.
"Hey Jen, thanks for the answer book you stole from old Mr. Gibbons.
There was no way I could have done that algebra homework without it!"
It was her best friend Lisa. They had been friends ever since middle school when Lisa transfered over from the neighboring town. They always helped each other cheat their way through classes, never bothering to really learn anything.
"Hey Lisa, just shove it back in my locker. Hey, could you do me a favor?"
"Sure, anything Jenny, I owe ya one anyways."
"I'm probably going to be late to History, so if you could just answer for me during attendance that would be great!"
"Sure, you feeling ok hun?" asked Lisa begging to look worried.
"Yeah its nothing. I think I just got a blister or something I gotta check. Musta been that crazy club last night!" replied Jen.
"Alright babe, but don't keep me waiting too long, you know how much I hate Mrs. Dobbs boring ol' lectures." Lisa said as she turned and walked off toward their lockers.
Jen wasted no time in rushing toward the bathroom as her shoes were becoming unbearable.
