Moments later Jennifer stands eying the mature stallion, as he eyes her, seemingly waiting and ready to do anything she might ask.
Jennifer held up the silver but dirty coin; as seeing it charged the stallion with intent on reclaiming what was his property.
"No, if what I saw in my dream were true, then by all that is holy, you were once a man and my father as well!" Jennifer said, she speaking directly to the very interested pony.
A soft snort and something close to a burbled whinny came from the stallion, as if it wanted to reply in some way of more than what is possible for any pony.
Jennifer suddenly became very uneasy about this whole situation. She pocketed the medallion, spun on one heel of her western style boots, and walked sternly from the stables.
Big John stood emotional, and with a frustrated, but truly rational thinking mind. He stood worried over what foolish thoughts Jennifer might wish, or she being his highly talented daughter, may set things back to the way they were, she a Palomino mare, Jared a stout stallion pony, his wife a pony mare and very lusty; leaving him as a lonely man with a ton of self pity weighing down around him.
Jennifer went inside the main house, and called Jarred to ask him if he might come there, having something to show him and a question or two.
Sheer wonder drove Jarred to see his lovely betrothed, ready and willing to answer her questions and give her whatever her heart desired.
After Jarred arrived, Jennifer asked him to follow her outside and then sit beside that spreading Maple tree, where she had her visionary dream. She then told him of what happened, her detailed dream, and of the outcome. Jennifer stood almost angrily pointing her finger at where Big John stood eying the two from his stall window, she then acknowledging how the stallion acted when questioned and having seen the Medallion.
Jarred looked into the fiery eyes of his incensed lover, her words seemed as if they be true that what they had together was just some vague dream of its own. Breathing in short breaths as he became excited, Jarred jumped up and took the Medallion from Jennifer.
He being much taller than her by more than a head, held the Medallion high in the air.
"If what you dreamed is true, and if this silvery coin has such tremendous powers over everything and even able to change the future course of events; then may I put your mind at ease, I wish the truth be known! Silver coin, if Big John be once Jennifer's father, if he were a man and married to Jennifer's mother, if I be foolish enough to have wanted and wished myself to be a pony stallion, then I WISH that what was would be again, and the truth would remain the truth, all knowing of the others and of their self, and selfish ways!" Jarred opened then either a can of worms or sealed a foolish dream into a throw-away fantasy.
