As you try to rein in the chaos, pulling Christy off of Michael, Jamie grabs her wish-ball and clasps it tight. A brilliant white light engulfs her, and a soft breeze rushes around the room. The light suddenly disappears like a candle being blown out, and the new Jamie is revealed. Her pants and shirt have been replaced by a simple white dress. From her shoulders protrude a pair of wings, soft and white. Her formerly dirty blonde hair is now a bright golden yellow, and falls down almost to her waist. Above her head there is a halo, a ring of soft, gentle light, like that of a 40-watt bulb. You know, as you have known with the rest of the changes, that Jamie's deepest desire when she used her ball was to be able to fix the problems caused by the other balls, and she now posesses that ability. Her personal desire, combined by the ball with her desire at the moment, was to be pretty in a unique way. She hadn't been especially plain or ugly before, but she was pretty in the same way as most other 12-year-old girls. Now she's beautiful in a way that nobody else is.
But the concerns of the moment are more pressing. "Jamie," you say to your angel-girl sister, "a little help here?" You nod towards the protesting Christy, who's struggling to escape your grasp.
"Oh, right," she says. Coming over, she lays a hand on Christy, who stops squirming. The erection is gone, and you know that she's all girl once again, though she's retained the improved strength and skill she gained. Realizing what she's just been doing, she blushes and cringes, sinking to the floor with a please-kill-me expression on her face.
Jamie turns her attention to Michael, who's still trying to figure out what just happened. She lays her hands on him, and he's suddenly much less overpoweringly attractive. Still notably good-looking, that's for sure, but not distractingly so. You sigh with relief, and Jamie goes to chase down Danielle and put some clothes on her. You turn your attention to the last ball - yours. The offer is so good - your deepest desire, your fondest wish, made real. But...it did cause more than a little trouble, and what if your desire turns out to be something like Danny's? Is what you desire really something you want?
