Hannah woke up late the next morning. Like a lot of the herbivore anthromorphs, she made her first stop of the day at a saltlick--picking one that the does and other female anthromorphs kept a secret among themeselves. The last thing she needed to do today was deal with another horny young buck.
She decided the best thing to do to stop obsessing on what had happened with Sam the last night was what she usually did in the morning, making the rounds of the entrances to the park to see if any new transgenders had arrived who might benefit from her knowledge. It started out as a quiet day, the first two arrivals being a female wild pigmorph and a male bearmorph, neither transgendered.
Then Hannah saw the strangest morph she had ever seen come out of one of the entrances. Its skin was brown, but it didn't seem to have any fur except some on its head. A lot of it was draped in some kind of loose covers, that didn't have any fur either. Its face was flat and looked sort of pushed in, not like any morph Hannah had ever seen. Its front limbs dangled at its side, looking weak and pathetic, and it didn't move with much grace on its columnar back limbs.
"Some kind of monkey-morph?" Hannah thought. Then with a start she realized that for the first time in six months she was looking at an unmodified human being.
