As you flex the paws on your hand and feet, you hear a low growl. The purple goop that had been leaking from the wolf's wound is sealing it, and the monster is slowly rising from the floor. Luckily, it looks like it's still dazed; this time, you've got the jump on it!
Before it can get up, you leap over the wolf. Well, you try to leap over it. The smooth latex of your feet slips over your smooth floor and it ends up being more of an awkward fall upwards. Still, you manage to land safely on your hands and knees. Now you've got the wolf cornered (though you're not sure that's really a good thing). It's still dazed, but it's already starting to stand.
You look through your room frantically. Anything you could fight it with? Nope. Anything to help you run fast enough to escape? You've got shoes, but they wouldn't fit your feet anymore. What about something to pin it down with? Your bed's too far for that and... bingo! The wolf's lying right next to a tall dresser!
Having something to be happy about for the first time tonight, you run to the dresser and, just as the wolf finally regains its senses, bring it crashing down. You hear a yelp and see that you've managed to pin the thing, almost giggling at how well your plan worked, and then jump out your window and get the hell out of there.
