Ah, morning. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and you're waking from a refreshing sleep.
Pointless enthusiasm seems to be overflowing from you as you stand to greet this wonderful new day and... hello, what's this? A briefly flash of brown catches your eye, and when you investigate its source you find a pair of what look like slippers. In fact, you'd say they were if it were common to make slippers out of latex, because everything but their material (from the flat bottom to the cute chocolate-colored bunny paw look to the warm, comfy, and inviting look of the insides) screams "slippers". Whatever they are, they look very comfortable, almost to the point where it'd be downright criminal not to try them on.
It's at about this point that you recall last night's dream. What if it wasn't a dream? What if animal-based latex monsters really are spreading from person to person and turning them into more latex monsters? What if this is really a trap? If they are, you could be one step away from assimilation, perhaps even annihilation! These slippers could be your doom!
At that last thought, you burst into laughter at your own absurdity. You had one weird dream and that's enough to make you think that a pair of slippers will spell your demise? At the very worst, it might spell your sweaty feet making the latex stick a little. Still chuckling from that ridiculous chain of thoughts, you quickly slip on the slippers and- ooh, those ARE comfy!
