"Oh God."
Carrie was beginning to regret her decision to come out here. She hadn't quite thought
the whole thing through. And now she stood still, staring at the claws that were growing
from her fingertips. She was transforming.
Her breath quickening, she looked down at her arms, watching the light fuzz on them
darken and slowly lengthen, with more hair coming where there was none before.
A noise from ahead startled her, and she crouched as if to hide herself. She looked back
down at her arms, which were beginning to look more like gross hairy man arms. She
caught a glimpse of her legs, they were looking pretty hairy as well.
With a pop, she arched her back instinctively. Her clothes were feeling a little tight. And
hot. Everything was getting really warm. She loosed a few buttons at the top of her
blouse, and took off her shoes as well.
Curious, she brought a clawed hand to her face, feeling the long stubble. It was.. Weird.
She knew little about werewolves, but she had seen that one werewolf movie from the
80's. She thought that they made it look really painful. What she was feeling wasn't pain,
it was a weird numbing feeling, like a dentist working on your teeth.
Teeth. She moved her tongue around in her mouth. Yup. She had wolfy teeth alright. A
picture came into her head of trying to give her human husband a kiss while all wolfed
out, it made her chuckle.
Her arms were covered in thick fur. Her legs. Her chest. Had her boobs gotten bigger?
Maybe it was all the fur that covered them, but she could swear that they were bigger.
Noises brought her attention back to the building she had just charged from in fear
moments ago. Howls. Lots of them. Somehow, they were soothing to her. She felt
compelled to join them. Letting herself gently to her hands and knees, she raised her
head to stare at the beautifully full moon, and let loose a passionate howl from deep
within.
Suddenly a figure stepped into the alley.
"Are you alright?" It was rather gruff-sounding woman.. The waitress!
"Um.. Err.. I think so." Carrie stuttered.
The waitress laughed. "Come on, let's get you back inside, missy!"
The waitress offered Carrie her hand, clawed and furred, helping her back to her feet.
"Thanks."
"Don't mention it. I take it that was your first time?"
"Hah.. What gave you that idea?"
"Oh, I don't know. Maybe the way you bolted out of there at the first sight of the moon?"
Carrie smiled. While still awkward, she knew the waitress was trying to assure her that
everything would be okay. Together, they entered the bistro.
