Shahan prowled around the back alleys of the city and lept from roof to roof. Despite his size, he was quite agile.
Sensing something in the east, he turned to see the first light of dawn and his human mind took over. It was a bad idea for a lion, especially an anthro-lion to be seen in a city like this. He raced back to his flat, climbed the wall of the apartment building and squeezed back in through his bedroom window. Falling back on the bed, he fell asleep again.
He woke up an hour later human again.
