"Xan, I can't get any work done here, I'm going to go to the library. Please, stay here, and don't get into any trouble!"
"But master, I can give you my word, but...well we both know how that goes." Xan licks his masters outstretched hand with his long black tongue.
"Why couldn't I have summoned an owl, or cat, or even a gila monster, like the other students." Coal gathers his books, and heads for the door.
"Because, they wouldn't have come equiped with this!" Xan exclaimes, trying to get the last word in, grabbing his 3 inch dick, and hefting his sizable sack.
Coal shakes his head and shuts the door.
The Library is massive, 3 stories or books, multiple rooms, stairs descending and ascending to various levels. It was a virtual maze. What seemed worse, is that books seemed to be rotating themselves on the shelves, to achive order, and flying about the library on occasion, to thier proper sections.
"Excuse me, I need to find a very specific section of reading..."Coal said as he approached the wirey old librarian.
"Ah! Very good, now lad, what will it be, transmogrification? Of course, level two, second tier, down the stairs in the west wing..."
"No, um, actually...."
"Hmmm, you look like a history major, perhaps if you went to the north wing, and took the spiral stairs to the loft, we have a fine selection of books there."
"No, wrong, i'm looking for books regarding..."
"Enchantment! Making the immobile mobile, theno magical magical the...
"NO! I want so cused books on DEMONS, you got it? D-E-M-O-N-S!!"
"SHHHH! This is a library!" The librarian exclaimed, and pulled out a map of the grounds. "Here you are, take the stone stairs down to the second set of mohogany doors in the blue room, everything we have is there."
"Thanks." Coal plucked the map and headed with speed twords the elaborate stone stairs that descended underneath the main library. He reached the door marked with unusuall latin scrip, and proceded to enter. It was eerie, and he could feel power eminating from the very books themselves. He quickly locates books on several important subjects; binding, control, and alteration. He seems lost and frustrated in a search for a book on summoning, but then notices the restricted section.
