"I want a man, one that is still human, Mark."
"Sure thing sir... any choice of body type?"
"Wow, you guys really are thoughtful! Well once someone becomes a werewolf, don't we get huge muscles?"
"Well sir, against popular belief, that is incorrect. When we shift, our muscles do grow slightly, they become more defined as you noticed when you first woke up from your nap. If you want your male companion to have muscles, we must find you someone who is muscular to begin with."
"Then that is what we shall have. I want a man who is a masseuse, as he will be well muscled."
"How shall we go about brining him here to you?"
"Call a massage parlor, ask if they have any men there who are muscular and give a very good massage. If they ask any questions, just tell ask them if a skinny man can produce the same strength as a muscular one."
"Yes sir... is there anything else I can do for you at the moment?"
"Nothing else, I am fine Mark... but thank you."
"Very good sir, I will announce to you when your companion has arrived."
Mark turns to leave and you begin thinking of where you might go to find some answers. As you and Mark had discussed, there must have been a way to either leave the manor or to extend the curse outside the manor and you would ensure your kind would be free to roam about the lands.
When you enter the library, you are stunned by the amount of books that line and cover the walls. In the center of the large, square room was a wooden desk with a single lamp, a pad of paper and a cup filled with pens and pencils for note taking. You think to yourself One of the past masters of the manor must've been a scholar and walk toward one of the bookshelves. Skimming over the titles on the spines of the literary works, you find a book that screams for attention. Placing your hand upon it sends a deep cold chill through the tips of your fingers, through your entire body and ends at the tips of your toes and the strands of your hair. You shudder after the feeling moved quickly through your body. You walk with the book to the desk, setting it down lightly and opened the book. As you read along, you realize it was the tale of the gypsy who placed the curse upon the land you now possessed! As you read into what was stated, your eyes grow wide, your heart begins to race, your muscles tense and you notice things were sharper than they had just been. Looking down at yourself, you realize fur has sprouted, covering your arms, your hands, your gnarled knuckles and fingers. You also notice that your fingernails have grown into claws. Wondering if there was any other part of you that changed, you feel your ears, rather where they were supposed to be. You know that more has changed in that instant than it ever had earlier with Mark. You feel your face with the rough pads of your palms, finding yourself to remain human in that respect, then you move to the top of your head where you find your wolven ears. Your breathing slows becoming calmer, you feel everything release in tension and your senses lose their heightened state. You wonder how that book could cause you to transform, but you want to continue reading without being forced into your werewolf form.
You close the book, place it under your right arm and begin to head out of the library, into the vast and open hallways of the manor. Right when you step out of the library, closing the door behind you, you see Mark coming toward you.
"Sir, I called a few massage parlours and the last one I called stated they had one meeting your requirements!"
"Very good Mark, you have done well! If he is what I like, I will have a companion and you will have yet another master to tend to! So... when is he to arrive?"
"Actually, he just walked into the manor... can't you tell?"
You didn't even realize it, but the air did smell different. You breathe in deeply through your nose and realize it was the masseuse!
"Alright Mark, have him come up to my room whenever he is ready. I will be in my robe, prepared for him."
