As Jack and Maria ran down the neighborhood, they noticed that humans were shrinking out of their clothes and becoming four-legged. People screamed when they saw the two humanoid dogs but it soon turned into whines and barks. What Jack and Maria didn't know was that the gods choose their two homes as a starting point and that the transformation was spreading from there like a ripple in a pond.
When Jack and Maria finally got to the kennel and went inside, they saw that the staff was beginning to lose their sentience. They went out the back door to where keep the dogs. They were just in time to see them transform.
The dogs began to stand on their hind legs and grow to human size. Jack and Maria opened the cages so that they wouldn't fell claustrophobic or worse. There were puppies who suddenly grew very fast until they were about the size of human babies and children(depending on their age of course). When the transformation was done, all the 50 dogs in the kennel had turned into anthros.
Jack and Maria had some food with their newly transformed friends when they raided the kennel supply. A bulldog named Neil said, "Thank you. If it wasn't for you two, we would probably be scrunched up in those cages." Jack and Maria simply said, "You're welcome."
After they ate, Jack and Maria lead their new pack to a clothing store. It turns out that all of them were feeling the same modesty that Jack and Maria when they first transformed. As they were all getting dressed (and modifying their clothes and accesories for their canine bodies), Jack and Maria wondered what was going to happen new. There was going to be a new world with dogs being the rulers (and humans being the pets if the dogs allowed it). What would they do now?
