Coal stares at the thick fluid for a moment, then, notices movement. Taking a closer look, the beaker begins to shake, then, an amorphous blob leaps from the beaker and covers his face!
"Aaaahmmmph...." Coals scream is muffled as the entity surrounds his head and begins to suffocate him. Xan trying desperately to pull the thing off his masters face, but without a solid form to grab, sifts through the ooze like it was honey.
Coal begins to lash out for anything, thrashing about wildly he knocks Xan back against the wall.
"Oooof! Ah, my butt! This just isn't my day!"
Coal drops to his knees, and places his hands inside the blobs gloppy shape, clawing at its fluid form. Then a few moments later, passes out, crashing to the ground. The blob lets go of the handsome summoner, and slithers away, leaving Coal in a catatonic state, his face coated with slime. Xan rushes to him to confirm he still lives.
On the opposite side of the room, sheltered by shadow, the blob unjulates and pulsates. It expands and begins to grow, reaching a foot in height, then outgrowing Xan, then towering at 5' tall. Xan has managed to drag his masters slumbering body to the opposite side of the room, where he stares in horror at the ectoplasmic shape growing enormous before his eyes.
At nearly 6' it stops. Its translucent bubbling body begins to solidify, and it grows smooth skin all over its now human shaped frame. The shape begins to tone, and muscular curves begin to form, reminicent of Coals, Xan notices. As his toned arms outstretch, and the shaping continues through the creatures neck, and into its head, its facial features begin to sink and jut out to form a perfect mold of its last host...Coal!
Hair finally grows from its bald head, and the transformation is complete. The creature turns and looks at Xan with evil, light silver eyes, and his naked from begins to move twords him.
