Sarah stood with the ring on her finger for a while. Every wish she though of was bound to go wrong. Eventually she just got frustrated and yelled "AARRGGHH! I wish I didn't have to solve this problem!"
As to be expected the wish was granted in the ring's own way.
"Of course" thought Sarah out loud, "It's not a problem if I don't make it one"
"You mean you're just going to try a wish and see how it turns out?" asked Joey.
"Nope" replied Sarah, "I'm going to leave you there. You're part of me now. Why shouldn't it stay that way?"
"What!?" yelled Joey, "You can't do that!"
"I can and I will." said Sarah, "I'm also going to make you see things my way." With that she wished that Joey and Keli didn't mind staying as parts of her.
"There is still one problem though." she said.
"What's that?" asked Keli.
"I can't have some guy having constant contact with my boobs" said Sarah, "I wish Joey was a girl and still my breasts."
Both Joey felt aware of something happening. Joey could feel himself changing (albeit less noticeably than he would have if he had his own body) and Sarah could feel her breasts increase in size slightly.
"Well that felt odd" said Joey (now Jo technically) in her new female voice.
"Looks like your new breasts have slightly added to mine" said Sarah holding the increased articles, stroking them slightly. Jo could feel her doing it throughout her entire being and could see Sarah's hands moving in her peripheral vision.
"Ahh, no." muttered Jo in bliss, "Stop that."
"Stop what?" asked Keli, "What is she doing?" It seemed she couldn't feel any of what was happening to Jo.
"She's, ah, stroking me." said Jo between gasps.
"But what about me?" asked Keli, feeling left out, "Don't I get anything?"
"Oh, I'm sorry" said Sarah, "I'll let you have a turn"
Sarah lay down on the bed and let one hand drift down to gently massage her lower lips. With every touch Keli could feel herself move, see Sarah's hands touch her and feel the pleasure sweep through the entirety of her section of body.
"Sarah" asked Jo happily, "Can I have a turn underneath?"
"I don't see why not" replied Sarah. Deciding that it was only fair to give them both a switch every now and again she said "I wish that Jo and Keli would switch places and that the positions would also switch every two hours."
Jo's and Keli's vision began to blur for a second as their positions changed and Sarah felt a tingle in both places. Sarah's 'recreational activity' went on for another hour before she fell asleep.
When she woke up an hour and a half later....
