You briefly consider your situation. This guy might be desperate enough to turn you human, AND, give you his microwave, DVD player and TV. Maybe you should tell him no and see if you can get a better deal. "What am I, stupid?" you scream internally. You find that nodding your head yes is difficul for tigers, but you manage.
"Great!" he says "hang on just a sec." he sits down on the floor and stares at you. Suddenly you feel cold. You can feel fur on you body starting to retract or fall out. Your claws painfully pull themselves further into your paws untill you can feel them disappear. Your tail starts getting thinner and thinner, until it becomes nothing more then a vapor. At first it just feels weird, but when your spine starte re-arranging to fid a bipedal form you can understand why he wasn't so hot about being made human.
Each bone in your body breaks, shifts and reforms, your muscles strain as though you'd been pulling three times your own weight uphill. You stand up, clothed and human except for you head. When it starts shifting, you find yourself preying to any deity that might hear you to let you pass out from the pain, but none answer. You feel as though your skull has shattered as it shifts your features. When all is said and done, you find yourself hurt but human. You stand awkwardly stand up for the first time in about a month. You were so caught up in your own painful re-emergance as a human, that you failed to notice the ex-zookeeper is a tiger once more. You smile, he smiles (sort of), then your smiles both fade.
