Andrew watched as his now 6-year-old brother Bruce lifted his arms up to look at his tiny little hands. The sleeves of his large T-shirt covered his arms down past his elbows. His hands themselves were soft little boy's hands now instead of the rough man's hands he was used to.
"Dude," peeped Bruce in his squeaky little boy's voice. He cleared his throat once in an vain attempt to sound more mature. "Dude, you turned me into a little kid?"
"Yeah," said Andrew. "I had to show you so that you would believe me. And anyways, you were being a jerk to me again. I guess I just wanted to get you back." Andrew laughed. "You have to admit that this is a little funny. You're such a shrimp now."
"This is not funny!" said Bruce as he balled his little hands in rage. "I'm a fucking first grader now! Why didn't you just pull out your huge dick? If your wish worked, that would've proved you weren't lying."
Andrew just looked surprised. He mentally kicked himself for not thinking of that. Of course, he thought, that would have been the simplest way to prove it to Bruce.
Looking sheepish, Andrew said, "Oh, yeah. Sorry, dude. I guess that would have been better. I guess I just thought it would be funny to make you the younger brother for once... but, hey, all I've got to do is make another wish, and you're right back to normal. Hold on a second."
"Hurry," said Bruce. "I don't want anyone to see me looking like this."
Andrew put his hand in his pocket, but after a moment or two of feeling around in there, his face fell. He tried his other pocket, but the result was the same. He didn't have another nickel for the machine. "Um, Bruce, do you have any nickels?"
"What?" squeaked Bruce. "You need nickels for this thing?"
"Um, yeah," said Andrew, embarrassed. "I guess I just used my last one on that last wish."
Bruce's little hands franticly rifled through his own pants pockets, but like Andrew he found no nickels. "Damn it!" he cried. "This is just perfect. It's not like they have nickel machines in this place."
Andrew just stood there a moment looking down at his little brother and thought about the mess he had gotten them into. "Wait here," he said. "I'll find us a nickel."
