You look at the bowl of dog food that the zoo employee left for you. And oddly enough the food looks real appetizing. You see little bits of what look to chicken and beef and turkey all mix in a rather nice gravy. You begin to salivate and lick your lips. And as you do so you notice that your tongue has gotten flatter and that your lips have grown darked and taken on a ragged look. You feel a slight pressure in your nose. The pressure grows into your nose becomes the liver-colored nose of a dog. And then you can smell again and you find out that you can smell things that you weren't aware of before. Now you can smell that delicious dog food lying in its' bowl before you.
You try to hang onto your humanity for a bit more. But all it takes for you to give in and accept the change is the sound of your stomach growling. You salivate some more and lick your blackened flews. And you pant contentedly.
You awkwardly get onto all fours and lean down toward the dog food bowl. You pick up some of the dog food in your mouth and try chewing some of it. You eyes widen and you can feel your ears perk up in surprise. The food before you might be dog food, but it is very tasty dog food. You find yourself liking the taste of dog food. You lower your head down again into the dog food bowl. And you begin to happily wolf it down.
The door to your room opens up again and you briefly look up from your meal to see that it is that zoo employee again. She looks at you and smiles. And you find yourself smiling back at her in return. You also find yourself wagging your tail as more of it slides out of your rump.
She looks at you.
"I just knew that you couldn't resist trying out the dog food, my furry friend." She says to you as you look at her and then at the half-finished bowl of delicious dog food before you. "Our clients can rarely resist the food we give them. And once they do try it, they willingly become our dogs in both body and mind."
Woof! Woof! You say to her in agreement. And as you turn your head back to the bowl, you wonder why you so against being turned into a dog in the first place. But then that thought disappears as your hunger returns and you go back to eating your meal.
You hear the zoo employee come up to you and you hear kneel by yourside. She begins to remove your clothing as your transformation hastened by the syringe she injected you with and the food causes a silky coat of red fur to spread across the rest of your body. Your neck grows longer and thicker as it moves to the back of your head and makes it easier for you to reach down for your meal. And your nose and mouth also help you out with dinner by growing outward into a muzzle. She takes your shirt off as your chest broadens, deepens, lengthens and becomes narrower. Your spine straightens out as she fondly rubs your furry back. You turn rapidly changing head to her and pant contentedly at all of the affection she is giving you. How could you ever think that she was a mean person for locking you up here in the first person? She just wanted to make you a happy Irish Setter.
The changes continue as the zoo employee takes the rest of your clothing off and as you continue to eat your meal.
But soon you have finished your meal and your transformation into a large, male Irish Setter. The zoo employee who is now your best friend in the whole wide world looks at you as she continues to fond rub your back. She smiles at you.
"See that wasn't so hard now. And look at you, you have grown into a fine looking dog." She gets up from where she was kneeling next to you and stands up. You happily watch her get up. She then reaches into her pocket for something.
"Sit boy, sit." She commands you and you do as you are told. "Good dog!" She praises you.
She then pulls out a dog collar from her pocket. And you know that collar is for you. As you gets ready to put it on you, you briefly make out the name Cullen on it. And then the words become so many unrecognizable scratch marks to you. She places the collar around your furry neck and then latches it into place.
"There we go. Now you are truly a dog, my friend." She tells you fondly. You bark in appreciation for what she said to you.
And then she attaches a leash to your neck and leads you out of the room. You and her go back into the room where the other dogs are. And you find yourself really happy to see them. Your friend then leads you over to one of the dog cages. And inside the cage, you see a familiar looking bitch. It is your mate, Rose. You bark and woof happily at the sight of your mate. And Rose in return shows her happiness at seeing you again. The zoo employee opens up the cage and then takes off your leash. She lets you into the cage where you and Rose happily greet each other.
"Now have fun you two." Your friend tells you and Rose. You woof a goodbye to her and then you and your mate happily play with each other. Two happy Irish Setters playing together. Would you really have wanted it any other way?
