"A price?" Carrie squeals, fidgeting, thrashing, panicking. "That's not fair!"
"Not fair? Not fair?" Wonky asks in frustration. "You wreck'a my ristorante! It take weeks to fix this! Weeks! Maybe longer! And you say no fair? Pheh. Maybe I leave you there. Make new door. I can always make new door."
"Okay, okay! I'll do whatever you want, just don't leave me here, please! Where's John?"
"John? Your big fat rhino man friend? You knock his block off. He sleep it off. Have big headache in da morning, though." Wonky slips around to her right side and examines carefully. "Okay, all'a you need to get out as a bit of lube, yeah?"
"Lube? I don't like the sound of..."
"Oh, hush you mouth. I take care of it. Bring'a me the soap!" He calls out. Immediately, two employees zip up, one with a bucket of water, the other a comically large bar of soap. "Good, good!"
Wonky dips the bar of soap in the water and moving at a blurred rate of speed only a cartoon could accomplish, lathers her sides with soap. "Okay, now everybody - on'a the count'a three, we push big fat butt out of door! One, two, THREE!"
With a loud BOOM, the restaurant's patronage shoves Carrie on her rotund backside, sending her flying out into the street and face first into the side of "Really Hard Building Company Incorporated", which seems to have no purpose other than to have an incredibly hard building. Carrie's face completely flattened against the side of the building, leaving her head with the consistency of a tabletop as she staggers around in a daze. She quickly shakes her head, willing it to pop back into its previous hippo shape.
"Woo, so many stars... preeeettyy...." Carrie mumbles in a daze as Wonky walks out of the store, somehow strong enough to drag John out along behind him.
"You! You come with me." He grabs her hand with his free one and leads her along to a back alley. "And snap out of it! Is time to talk business!"
"Oh! Oh, uh, right. Payment. Uh... so... what do I have to do? Work in the kitchen? Sell burgers on the corner?"
"Oh, no no no... nothing like that. This man, THIS MAN!" He points to a restaurant much larger than his own within sight of the alley, with bright neon signs and a bright golden "D" above the roof. "Donnie McRonald, he taking away all my business! He have something, something that make people eat his burger instead of mine! Me, I been around forever! Since 1932! This young punk think he can drive me outta business? ME?! I show him. You two show him!"
"Us? What can we do? I mean, I don't know a thing about fast food business... and John... well, he knows even less..."
"Exactly! That is why you steal his secret formula! Without formula, he no can make burgers! HE go outta business! HAHAHAHAHA!!"
"What? But we're not burglars! And how are a couple of fatsos like us supposed to sneak in to that place to steal a formula?"
"I don't know! You figure that part out! But you steal that formula, or else..."
"Or else what?" Carrie puts her hands on her hips, in a challening gesture. After all, she thinks, what can this puny man do to me?
"I have influence in this town. I make sure that you go back to your world just so big. You die of heart attack before you make it through the portal!"
"You wouldn't."
"I would. You costing me millions of dollars in repair. Millions!"
"Okay, fine. We'll do it."
