"Take your offer and shove it," you say at the ceiling, not knowing where the observer actually is. "I don't know how you changed my body, but you won't change my mind."
"What do you think you are doing? How will you explain your appearance?"
"If medical science can't explain, I'll just say it was an unknown genetic condition."
"Fine, but you'll be back one way or another."
"What does that mean?"
"The changes to your body are permanent, like it or not, that body is yours now and we can't reverse the change. We have given up on directly controlling your mind, but the subtle changes will remain."
"What 'subtle changes'?"
"A need to wear bear gear, you won't act the part but you will find you want to look it. You also enjoy your new body, don't you? How masculine you are, the beard, hairy chest, and the other assets."
He's right, you can't picture yourself without a beard, and you still want the feel of leather against your skin.
"We may have lost a minion, but we've gained a customer. Only Arctos Outftters can provide you with clothes at a decent price. You will want to wear our gear. Keep the stuff you received this morning as a welcoming gift. You're free to go, but should you reconsider, there is always a place for you here."
You finally turn to leave, but the mysterious voice says one last thing before the door closes, "You may not be gay, but you now have just a little bisexuality in you. See you around... bear."
You walk down the street, away from the store. You need to get home and sort out this mess. It will involve a lot of explanation to your friends, and a few medical exams. Without thinking, you put the leather cap on your head.
