As Ryan proceeds down the hallway on all fours, a door opens into the hall and Ryan collides headfirst with the door. He's startled and falls back painfully on his tail burying the plug deeper inside him. A shadow looms over Ryan, and feels hands on his head and shoulders, something clicks and tugs on his collar. A leash pulls taut and Ryan finds himself moving forward on all fours behind a retreating pair of black boots, and a grey trenchcoat.
He notices that the person leading him down the hallway is using a red tipped white cane. Ryan thinks he's been mistaken by a blind person for a dog. He should probably say something, but Ryan is too embarrassed to draw attention to himself. He figures as soon as the person stops, he'll free himself.
