You quickly sneak into an open spot behind a girl standing by herself. She looks like she's about your age and you smile at her as she looks back. She seems a bit wary of you being in line with her, but you both board the crate car and the ride takes off down the track.
It opens with the car moving through the gates of Pleasure Island, the same you had passed through only moments ago. A booming voice comes through the air, "Welcome to Pleasure Island." The car moves passed animatronic dummies of boys racing down the boardwalk. You pass the Rough House and see good'ol Pinocchio and Lampwick standing out front. As you pass through it, you enter a silhouetted backdrop of boys in a scuffle. You exit the Rough House and move along the boardwalk where boys are laughing and going crazy. Above you roars a roller coaster as you move through to Tobacco Row.
The animatronic boys puff on cigars and cigarettes. The tips glow orange and the smokes is puffed all around the car as you move through. Wooden Indians pretend to throw cigars to boys leaping to grab them. The car then moves through a pub wear boys are drinking a pouring beer everywhere. One boy gets hit on the back and sprays beer at you and the girl riding with you. She shrieks and laughs and you join in with her. "This is great, isn't it?" she asks. You nod in agreement and blush slightly as she grabs your arm to hold. The Pub scene continues with boys laying under kegs of beer as they are emptied into their mouthes. Then, from above, two giant kegs appear and begin pouring beer into the car from above, soaking you both. The girl laughs, "drink up," as she opens her mouth and gulps it as it drenches her. You don't hesitate to take a few gulps yourself as the ride moves on.
It exits the pub, back out into the streets. You pass a group of young school boys, one dressed in blue. One of the animatronic boys calls his name, "come on Alexander, let's go." The ride continues at the Model Home that the boys destroy. Alexander is there with his chums as they demolish rooms of the home. Then, one of the animatronic boy's hat lifts up with long donkey ears. Another boy's head turns around from a boy's head to a donkey's head. Alexander's hands get pulled back into his sleeves and come back out as hooves.
The scene goes dark, and all you hear are cries of boys and then brays of donkeys. The girl in the car with you holds you tighter in the dark. The car moves on to a scene where donkeys are being corralled, still wearing boys clothes. A light is shot onto the donkey of Alexander, "And what's your name?" the voice asks. "Alexander," he says sobbing. The voice booms, "take him back, he can still talk."
The light goes out and then shines on your car. "And what's your name?" the voice asks. The girl with you just stands up and shouts...
