Carrie continued to carry John, searching for a restaurant that would cater to someone her scale, when a huge window display caught her eye. There was a
mannequin wearing a shimmering rainbow mini-dress -- but the window stood several stories high and mannequin was her size.
"Nancy's Boutique," read the sign above the window. "The Hottest Giantess Fashions."
"I absolutely must buy that dress!" she said, clutching John as she opened the store door. "I've always wondered what it would be like to shop at a tall-girl store."
"We probably don't have that kind of money!" he protested, but to no avail.
Carrie looked around the store, which was stocked as far as the eye could see with colossal-scale women's clothing. "Wow! Look at all these fashion options," she
said, grinning. "But where's the help?"
"Behind you," two voices said in unison behind her. Carrie turned around and saw two women, one blonde and one brunette, who made Carrie look puny. Both
were at least twice as tall as she was. Even more bizarre, one looked like the late actress Allison Hayes, the other Daryl Hannah.
Must be an "Attack of the 50-Foot Woman" in-joke, John thought to himself. The title character was named Nancy. He noted both were stylishly dressed, not clad
in the movies' makeshift giantess rags. He eyed Allison's impressive bust in a red sweater over black slacks and Daryl's long, coltish legs just past the end of her
navy blue dress.
"I'm Nancy One," the brunette said.
"And I'm Nancy Two," the blonde added. "As giantesses go, you're a wee one."
