Question 1: Boyfriend or girlfriend?
Billy stared at the question before he finally thought he understood what it was asking. Writing down, 'Girlfriend', he watched as that and the first question disappeared to be replaced by the second question.
Question 2: What species?
'Anthropomorphic fox girl, with the ability to change to a four legged fox and back', he wrote.
Question 3: Pads, tampons or a normal animal heat cycle twice a year; once during the spring season and then once again sometime during the fall season.
"What the hell is a tampon?" Billy thought to himself. "And what the hell would she be needing to pad?" Not understanding the question completely, he wrote down 'Heat cycle' and moved onto the next question.
Question 4: What would be name?
Unsure of this, he wrote down 'Vicky Thomas'. As he did this, he shifted in his seat, feeling kind of hot. As he did this, he failed to notice as the name on his trapper keeper changed.
Question 5: Height, weight and age?
Thinking, Billy didn't want her the same age as him. Deciding to make her a year younger than him, he writes down 'Fifteen, but she's immortal, like me. So she remain fifteen forever'. After some more thought he writes down, 'Height: five foot three. She be about five foot ten when she's done growing. Weight: one hundred and three. She'll drift between this weight and one hundred and seven for the rest of her life.'
Suddenly his clothes feel like they're to big for him and the desk felt like it had also gotten bigger. Shifting about, he presses onward.
Question 6: Clothes?
Vicky was confused. He didn't know the least bit about clothes, especially woman's things. Thinking what his mom was wearing, he wrote down, 'Grey one piece dress with flowing skirt and a black vest'.
So absorbed was he in the questionnaire, he failed to notice as his clothes changed into the dress he had just described.
Question 7: Breast size?
Setting down his pencil, Vicky looked around the room. He didn't know the first thing about breast sizes. On that of that, every time he looked at a girl to try and mentally measure them, he found his eyes drifting to what he thought was a really cute boy. Bothered by this, Vicky picked the pencil back up and wrote 'I don't understand the question'.
The paper went blank and then the letters 'A, AA, B, BB, C, CC, D, DD' formed.
Looking at the choice, Vicky finally wrote down B.
Question 8: Squatting or lifting a leg to pee?
"What the hell does that mean?" Vicky thought. Shifting his dress because of a tightening sensation in the chest, still not aware of any of the changes, he finally wrote down 'Squatting to pee'. Suddenly a uncomfortable sensation could be felt in his penis.
Question 9: Virgin?
Snickering, Vicky wrote down 'Not since the age of thirteen, but protection was used'. The pinching sensation grew to encompass his testicles, groin and abdomen
Question 10: Favourite colour?
Grinning, not realizing that He had just become a She, Vicky wrote down 'I like teal, white, light blue, black and pink'.
Question 11: Is your hand writing neat?
Not taking any notice of the changes that still continued, she wrote done 'Yes'.
Suddenly something of Billy pushed forward and Vicky suddenly realized something had changed. Making sure no one was looking, she pretended to smooth her dress. What she felt was a flatness where Billy's penis and testicles used to be. Raising her hand, she asked if she could use the bathroom.
Excusing herself, she grabbed a purse sitting next to her desk, took the note, her pencil and hurried to the bathroom. Feeling uncomfortable, she entered the woman's washroom and securing a stall, hiked up her skirt and stared in amazement at her female genitalia.
"What the hell is going on?" Billy thought as he sat down on a toilet. Opening the note, hoping that if she finished this, everything would return to normal, Vicky looked past her pert B cups and read the next question.
