As Andrew sat down, the screen came on, illuminating the small room in the eerie blue glow before data was transmitted to the screen. Suddenly, the TV went black, causing the room to darken almost to pitch blackness as it once was. Then, just as suddenly, the words: Werewolf: The Video Game appeared. This was something that enthralled Andrew since there were several vampire based games out on video game consoles, he felt that it was exactly time for a werewolf one.
The screen changed again, this time focusing on a realistic looking and dilapidated mansion room somewhere with the full moon as well as it's light shone through the dust covered window. As the video itself settled, smaller words appeared on the screen to say start aloud to begin and that is exactly what Andrew did. Suddenly, things began to change all around him as he felt a cold chill run up his spine. Shivering from the cold, Andrew had closed his eyes for a split second, but when he opened them, Andrew was shocked and bewildered at what happened. No longer was Andrew in the darkened room with a screen in front of him... he was inside the house with the moon shining brightly through the window.
Not knowing what he should do exactly, Andrew thought that this was a holodeck like in Star Trek or something and tried shouting out commands. Unlike the television show, nothing happened but Andrew figured that was part of the experience. Needing to know the rules and what his objective was, he searched around the mansion bedroom for a document of any sort for help.
As he searched farthest from the window, Andrew found a sheet of aged paper that looked incredibly brittle and could fall apart at the slightest touch. Andrew just sighed, leaving it where he found the paper and read what it had to say.
