Inari watched as Chronos rewound the note. What the note was made of changed multiple times as time reversed going from paper, to parchment, papyrus, and finally to animal hide.
The note stayed unchanged for a while after that before a weird symbol appeared in the center.
"What is that Chronos, I have never seen that symbol before. Who's is it?" Inari asked, looking to Chronos.
Chronos was silent for a bit, then finally regaining his composure.
"I have never seen this symbol but I have heard about it once before, a long time ago." Chronos looked to Inari as she looked back with a puzzled expression seeing Chronos getting more uneasy.
"Well then what does it mean?" Inari asked wanting to know what has the god so bothered.
"This paper was made by........." Chronos stopped mid sentence and dropped the note to the floor and catching Inari by surprise. The note burst into flames burning away leaving the symbol still burning into the earth.
The flames lept up burning hard and strong until a figure emerged out of it.......
The flames died down and revealed a little girl, or was it? The figure was a girl and looked to only be about the age of a human child of 7. But she was giving off a strong aura, vaguely family to both of the gods.
"The note is mine, and I was enjoying the fun until you two had to ruin it." The girl looked to Inari
"AND HOW DARE YOU BOTHER TANAEL AND SLY. THEY WERE GOOD TOGETHER! AND WHERE MY NOTE MAY BE TRICKY PEOPLE HAVE CHOICE HOW THEIR PATH GOES!! IT DOES NOT MESS WITH THEIR FREE WILL ALTHOUGH YOU SEEM TO!!" She screamed to Inari. She had noticed the two messing with her note earlier and undid their undoing, but how annoying it was......
Inari looked to the girl with rage in his eyes.
"HOW DARE YOU! AND WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO YELL AT GODS!!!" Inari yelled at the girl.
"Thats because I am the daughter of a god, but born of a human and thus mortal. I have inherited my fathers powers and not an immortal life, but a long enough one." The girl bowed in jest
"Lokari, daughter of Loki God of Mischief, at your service"
The two gods stood in shock.
"Loki had no daughter by your name, so nice try, but who are you really?" Inari spoke and looked to Chronos for support and found none.
"Chronos don't tell me you believe this mortal....."
"There is a rumor, but it hasn't been spoken in over many years." Chronos sighed and told the short version.
"Loki ate the heart of a mortal and thus gave birth to a monster. Tho as we can see the monster is a monster no more" Chronos chuckled at his comment.
Lokari smiled and decided that if these two wanted to play games with her toys that she would now play a game with them as she put her powers into action before either of the gods could react.
