The next day was passing slow. It was science class yet again and everyone was paired up. Ty and Hikaru opted to go to the library for the period to get more work done, lucky for them, Mr. Zeck allowed it. The two of them went upstairs and into a secluded corner where they could talk without getting hissed at to shut up.
"So um, what now? We got most of the work done..." Ty started, thinking he would break the awkward silence.
"Yeah, that is right. I guess we need to compile it now." Hikaru responded, flashing a smile.
"Er, right... Compile... You take the lead!" Ty responded, feeling uneasy for some reason.

After they were done, they realized something... They were late for their next period - Being P.E. Both of them ran down to the gymnasium, almost toppling over one of the coaches. The chubby coach sighed, as if he were expecting better from Hikaru and allowed the two to go into the locker room and get changed.
"Usually the coach just gives me an F for the day and makes me sit on the side if I'm late... Why's he so nice to you?" Ty asked.
"Well, the coach is a friend of mine. He helps me with weight training." Hikaru replied, finding his way to a locker - With Ty moving to a locker right across from him.
Ty stared at Hikaru for a moment before he responded. Actually, no, he burst into laughter. "S-s-seriously?! He's a chunky dude! What would HE know about exercise?! What about the other coach we have? Are you sure it's not him? He could probably bench-press a freeway!"
"Hmph." Hikaru had an angry look upon his face. "He used to be a bodybuilder a few years ago, he even won a few trophies for it. But he got in an accident and could not do anymore weight lifting. Afterwards, all his hard work just turned to that. I respect him, maybe you should too."
"Er... Jeez, I didn't know... What happened?"
"I do not know. He wouldn't talk about it. It is kind of sad, since he is only twenty six and a pretty nice guy." Hikaru responded, staving off the anger in his voice. "I wish I could help him in some way... He must miss his old self. That's why he changed his name from Vaulter to Bob."
"So he felt like he didn't deserve to be called 'Vaulter' and changed his name to... Ew... That's sort of dumb. He must be really ashamed of himself th-" A light bulb went off in Ty's head. "Oh... You know, I should be honest with you!"
"... Say-wha?"
"You just wished it, I shall grant it." Ty said with an unusually feminine giggle.
"... You are acting a bit creepy, Ty..."
"Well I can change things, just with a little whim! Do you need proof? Do ya? Do ya?" Ty eagerly asked, bouncing up and down like he was a girl who just made head cheerleader.
"... Did you eat something bad this morning? Maybe... You are dehydrated...?"
"Nonononono. This is perfect! I been wanting to try my powers out like this for a little while. I mean, I only used em a few times at home." Ty went on. Hikaru was feeling a bit winded. Which is why he stopped changing and sat down. This was just a bit too much. Ty wasn't complaining, a buff guy like that in his boxers. I mean, who would?
"Ty, do you need help?" Hikaru queried, worrying for his friend's mental state.
"What's your favorite color?"
"Blue, but this is no ti-"
"Look at your hands."
"Ty seriously you sho-" Hikaru looked down and saw his previously semi-fair skin was now blue. "... How did you... What kind of trick is this?!"
"Ha! Told you, I should've turned you into a frog. But I like you buddy, so I wouldn't be so mean!" Ty responded, patting Hikaru on the shoulder. Making sure to change Hikaru's skin back to normal.
"So... This means you could turn 'Bob' back into..."
"Vaulter! Hell yeah I can. Or, at least I think I can."
"You think?" Hikaru asked.
"Well, I did it a few times. But this would be the first time with an audience. I get stage-fright, you know!"
"Always the joker." Hikaru said, smiling up at Ty.
"Ayuk-yuk here we go!" Ty willed the coach into the locker room. He appeared right there and then, a bit dazed - As if he were frozen in time. "We got about forty-five minutes. Yo Karu, got a picture of him or some crap?"
"Um... I have this old magazine with him in it." Hikaru responded, handing Ty a bodybuilding magazine.
"Why do you carry this around?" Ty jested, looking through all the pictures of muscle-men until he found one named 'Vaulter'. He sure was impressive a few years ago.
"Er... It has good... Um... Tips..." Hikaru responded, blushing heavily.
Ty thought: Geez, way to make the crush on the coach waaaay obvious, dude. I didn't see a single tip! Unless the tip was for "How to strike awesome, sexy, or powerful pose". Ty wiped the thoughts of Hikaru striking either of those poses so he could fully concentrate.
"Well whatever, here we go! Let's start with..."
