Sam thought of forcing a massive weight gain for Trish, but decided to be a bit more creative. She looked at the basic transformation types, and found the Pregnancy option enticing.
She wasn't too surprised at the multitude of options within the category. Having been subjected to many of its specific effects in just the past few hours, Sam had a good idea of what kind of changes Trish should experience as revenge for fattening her up.
First, she set the number of children at "4". She then set the rate of maturation at "45 minutes", which translated to one month of growth every five minutes. A perfect amount of time that would make sure Sam got a quick but enjoyable show. She selected for Trish to experience all the side-effects of pregnancy. There was an option to make the pregnancy indefinite, meaning the babies would grow to their birthing point and stop there, never actually being born. That sounded like a good idea. She wanted to punish her friend, but not so much that she'd have to endure the pain of birthing four children. Finally, Sam made sure to activate "acceptance" and exclude herself. She'd remember to tell Trish eventually...but not for a little while. The thought of her friend struggling to stand with quadruplets and being oblivious to the fact that her own remote was the cause almost made Sam chuckle.
Once she was satisfied with the settings, Sam pointed the remote at Trish and zapped. The room flashed white for a millisecond, but Trish didn't seem disturbed. She continued to snooze peacefully.
Sam wanted to slim herself back down, but knew if she did that Trish would know she had been messing with the remote. She placed it back down on the couch and waited, petting Trish gently, wondering if she should wake her.
