You've seen many an inn in your lifetime, enough to know that sometimes the stables are slightly more accessible. Figuring it's worth a shot you go around to them and find that the lock on the door it is indeed easily accessed. With only the slightest bit of effort, you access the stable. There are a few horses in this place, but it's not full by any means, and the smell is nothing you haven't gotten used to. You find an empty stall and sit in the back deciding to just stay long enough to dry out a bit.
The traveling and the sleeplessness slowly start to get the better of you, though, and you do begin to slowly fall asleep. While you're asleep, you dream. You dream that you are running through an open field of grass, penned in by a white fence all around, but with still plenty of room to run about in. You run for an unknown amount of time, dreams are often like that, after all. Then you see her. Her hair is a light brown, her skin is slightly tanned, wearing a white gown that, while fairly simple, seems out of place here. Her eyes catch your attention most of all though. They're silver. Not gray, but silver. You slow as she stares at you, her left hand outstretched. You decide to approach her, slowly and tentatively. When you get close enough she grasps you under your chin and tugs you gently into a kiss. Her other hand quickly joins her left and she cups them behind your neck. She then gives a slight tug, and you find yourself falling to your hands and knees, but somehow not your hands and knees.
You wake up feeling strange. Stranger then you've ever felt. You try to stand up several times but it all comes out wrong somehow. You slowly take stalk of your body, and what you find shocks you. Your hands are gone entirely, you legs are long and then, and there's four rather then two. Your face and nose stretch out before you and you can see a light brown hide on them. You slowly steadily stand up, not wanting to believe what you can no longer deny. You have become a horse.
