You're totally freaking out be because you might be stuck like this and then you notice something sitting on the floor; it's your purse.
And like you, the purse has gone noncorporeal as well. Hoping that it really is your purse, you're still getting used to the idea of growing up a girl as your memories say you did, you reach down and pick it up with ease. Opening it, you begin to dig through it.
It takes you awhile and then you remember that you put the pill inside your wallet for safe keeping. Taking the pill out, you look at it and wonder why it's so important to take it. "I'm dead, aren't I?" you ask yourself. You can fully understand why, but for some reason certain aspects and memories have started to disappear from your known existence.
To you, there is only the fact that you've died recently and something is keeping you here, but what is it?
"Hurry up and take the pill," Jackie whines. "I don't like this."
Looking at Jackie, you asks of her, "Why? I've died and now it's time I moved on. What is important about this pill?"
Before she can answer, everything around you begins to darken. Areas of the store fade, noises simply disappear. You still see your friends from your past life and the the aisle they'd entered into in the candy store, but before anything else could happen, a man steps around the corner.
He's dressed like one of the floor attendants and before anyone can say or do anything, he reaches down onto the shelf and pulls off all the candies that can transform a person into a ghost. Looking at your friends, he offers the explanation, "That line is being pulled due to technical difficulties." Turning to you, you see that it's a different floor attendant then one before. He tells you, "You must choose now; move on or take the pill and return to the land of the living. Choose wisely."
