Two men in lab coats stood aside a stainless steel exam table and beconed me to come inside the room.
"Reformation number 711WP, right?"
"I'm William Penny, I answered!"
"Wrong from now on your name is gone and only answer as 711WP, understand?"
Cold, naked, and scared, I knodded YES, and stood looking at the different machines in the room.
I was told to bend over the exam table and as I complied my hands were cuffed to the opposite side. If I was scared before it now became ten times worse. I turned my head around looking over my left side as one of the lab tech's stepped close and squeezed into my thigh a white hot branding iron.
The pain was as nothing I'd ever felt. Smelling my burned skin made me want to puke but before a minute had passed the other nice man poked me with a injection needle. One pain going away and a new discomfort to be reconed with. The cuffs were released and with aid from the two strong men I was taken to a clear plastic blister and laid inside.
A thin clear lid was cliped tight over the top and what might have been air hoses were attached to each end of the blister. The injection was doing it's work and my mind felt full of cotton. Yet as I laid there the men began to talk.
"I see here the Judge Farphell presided on 711WP! Says here he was warned and then mooned some children at the Petting Zoo. The Judge has asked for his service when the process in complete. How long is his sentence for, asked the one Tech? Twenty to life shows the sentence papers!"
I did nothing wrong, it was that dumb goat that made my pants fall and nobody got mooned! Then my sentence of twenty to life hit and I tried to kick the plastic lid off and run for my life.
The tube attached to the one end of the plastic blister started to pump in a white thick foam. As the stuff touched my skin it felt hot and stung something awful.
"Be calm the process of Reformation is quick and in an hour we will place you in a room to sleep it off, said the kinder of the men."
As the foam covered my total form I had little choice but to breathe the stuff in with each breath.
