You're not sure you like the idea of shrinking, but perhaps you could get the same effect and experience another form. The hole is too big for you but a child could fit through it.
"Genie, could you please regress me to an eight year old? I think that should be young enough to fit through the hole," you say.
"Is that a wish master?" Genie asks.
You nod your head.
"Do you wish me to also alter your mind?" Genie asks.
"What do you mean?" you ask.
"If you so desire, I can also alter you mind to fit the body of an eight year old elf."
You don't like the idea of that. Being innocent again has it appeal but you don't want to take it so far that you're not you -- at least not the you that people know you as. However, you know your mentality has changed somewhat to fit your female Elf body. Perhaps you wonder, it's best to let nature takes its course.
"No, I'd prefer to remain as I am now mentally and allow any of those sorts of changes to happen naturally," you say.
"As you wish master," Genie says.
You close your eyes as Genie's magic envelops your body. Your development takes a turn in the opposite direction as you feel like you're falling. When the sensation passes, you open your eyes to see that the hole is now a perfect size for you to fit!
Treading water, you get a look at your body. While your reflection is distorted, you can see that you have some freckles. You can't help but realize that the Elf child looking back at you is quite cute.
"This is so cool, thank you Genie," you say.
Your voice is so high that it almost makes you laugh.
Swimming through the hole is now easy. When you emerge on the other side, you're in a warm pool of water in a large, bright, cavernous cave.
Gorgeous red, blue and purple crystal stalactites hang from the ceiling with a few crystal stalagmites poking out from the water with equally brilliant colours.
Perhaps it's your imagination but the stalagmites and stalactites almost seem to resonate with the sound of music.
"It's so beautiful," you say.
You dive under the water to see how well you can swim. When you resurface, Genie is floating above the water with a smile on her face.
"It pleases me that you enjoy this form and world master," Genie says.
"It all feels like a dream," you say.
The sad fact is that you expect to wake at any moment. Something this beautiful can't exist -- can it?
"I assure you master that it is quite real. As is your current form. Please, feel free to enjoy it," Genie says.
You spend some more time swimming and diving but eventually, you grow lonely and desire a companion. Another idea strikes you. You remember seeing otters at the zoo not so long ago. They were adorable and graceful.
"Genie, I know this may sounds strange but swimming is a lot of fun but I feel like there is a form that would do better at it. I also kinda don't want to be alone. I want you to have fun too. Can you turn me into an otter girl and yourself into an otter girl or boy so we can play together?"
"Myself master?" Genie asks.
You nod. "I want you to have fun too. You can be a boy or girl, it doesn't matter, I just want someone to swim with."
Genie smiles. "I am compelled to fulfil your wishes master."
"But, do you want to try being an otter kid too? I don't want you to do it if you don't want to," you say.
Genie cocks her head. "It is unusual for someone to take my needs into consideration. I have not thought much of them to be honest. However, it is an intriguing suggestion. Just say the magic words."
You smile and for a moment, just a moment, you *are* the Elf girl you've become and not the man that accidentally became an Elf woman and then an Elf girl.
"I wish to become an otter girl and for you to become an otter kid too, male or female, you decide," you say.
The Genie casts the spell and her magic envelops both of you. Fur grows all over your body and you feel a strong tail emerge from your tail bone. When you try to wiggle your toes, you discover that your feet are webbed. Your face develops into a short muzzle complete with razor sharp teeth and whiskers. Your hair remains and even your ears are still pointed. Genie has taken on a similar appearance and has remained female. She floats down to the water and a smile appears on her muzzle.
"It has been a long time since I have taken such a form," Genie says.
"You're adorable," you say.
"So, you wanted to play right? Come on, let's play!" Genie says.
And with that, you and Genie play in the cave as otter girls for hours on end. The joyful laughter that echoes though the cave walls is audible for kilometres around and makes everyone that hears it feel just a little bit better.
All things must end however and you're both tried as you swim the rest of the way out of the cave and into a clearing with a star filled sky above you.
Genie's magic gives you the confidence to sleep in the fur together under the stars that night. It's hard for you to remember the last time nudity was an innocent thing. You feel a slight pang of sadness over how your adult urges had perverted it over the years. You know it's not your fault. Hormones are a part of nature. Yet, a part of you wishes you could stay this way forever. Perhaps, you wonder, being a kid really is affecting your thinking without Genie having to alter your mind with magic.
Either way, lying outside on your back not only let's you dry off but also lets you relax and contemplate what happens next.
