You still were in a kind of ecstasy mode and just nodded as her hands slipped to your crotch area and she playfully moved in and then back out to move further to your legs, the furthest she could reach with her body half in the three trunk.
“oh my, your genie really made a adorable little otter kid” she said as she moved you around until your feet where turned toward her.

“hmm, maybe I can..yeah…that’s a good idea” the dryad whispered to herself as she turned her face to the trunk of the tree and began to wave her hands, randomly in your point of view.
However, soon a large hole, a bit small but large enough for you to just fit in when you crouch had appeared.
The dryad removed some sweat from her forehead and then smiled again as she put her arms around your waist and pulled with exceptionally strength.
Soon, you were sitting in that hole with the dryad head poking out from the ceiling of the hole.
“Cosy, isn’t it?” The dryad said as she admired the otter girl sitting there.
“uhu” you answer as indeed it felt soft and cosy to be in.

Outside the genie had climbed a tree and was sleeping on a branch, which looked quite uncomfortable.
However, he seemed to be already deep in sleep so you thought he didn’t mind that much.
“May I offer you a drink sweetie?” the dryad asked as she saw you had turned your attention to the genie.
“Sure” you absently say as the dryad cheerfully disappears for a moment to then feel droplets of liquid fall on your head.
“You have to catch them” You heard the dryad giggle and giggled yourself when you tried to catch the glittering thick green droplets that tasted very sweet.
The following hour that was the only thing you were doing, aiming your jaw to catch those droplets.
What you hadn’t noticed in the process was how your body had become younger.
It had dropped from eight to seven, to six, to five and finally after the last droplet stopped at four years old.
You even could stand now in the hole of the trunk, something you realized after you had giggled and that giggle was much higher than before.
You look surprised at yourself and saw your four year old, slightly chubby otter girl body.
“huh, what’s happened?” you say as you couldn’t remember ever becoming younger in the first place.
The Dryad giggled a bit and appeared again.
“Well, I found that hole a bit too small for you so I made you younger so you fit the hole more”
“I didn’t wished fow this” you even started to have a light lisp.”
“Well, I’m not the genie” she giggled again.
