As you drink the water, you feel very lightheaded. Shaking your head a couple of times to clear it, you decide to head on out of the forest and go back home. You reach your house without any trouble and head on in. After an afternoon of playing around, you decide to hit the hay. As you go to sleep, you feel an odd tingling running over your body from head to toe, but ignore it as you drift off to dreamland soon afterward.
You are woken up by an intense heat that you feel inside your body. Kicking off your covers doesn't seem to help, so you take off all of your clothes, lying naked in your bed. Suddenly, you feel an itch all over your body. Looking in the mirror at the foot of your bed, you see grey fur covering your entire body, except your stomach where the fur is white. Running your hands down your furry body, you are amazed at the soft silky quality that the fur has.
Doing a double take as your hand passes your field of vision, you see the bones and muscles in your hand rearranging before your eyes. Before long, both of your hands and your feet have become paws, with seemingly retractable claws replacing your fingernails.
Feeling a sudden flash of pain at the end of your spine, you look down to see a long grey furred tail sprout out of your spine. Swishing your tail around a few times, you recieve a sudden rush of endorphins from the new muscles being used.
Suddenly, you go deaf in both ears. Looking in the mirror, you see that both of your furry ears are becoming triangular and moving to the top of your head. Once they assume their new position, your hearing returns.
As you look at your face, you see that your hair has turned into grey fur, only a little bit longer than the fur on the rest of your head. As you watch, your nose and mouth push out into a feline muzzle, with the fur on that particular spot turning white to match your stomach fur.
As you look over your humanoid cat body, you suddenly feel a series of snaps in your back, and you are forced to all fours. You then shrink down to the size of a kitten. Suddenly exhausted from all the changes that just occurred, you curl up in your sheets, wrap your tail around yourself, and go to sleep.
