Ty, Allen and Peter strolled around the shopping mall after school and decided to walk around the small bookstore. They were actually looking for a small Christmas gift for Dustin, and they figured they could probably find it there since Dustin liked to read.
“Dudes! They got some muscle magazines here!” Allen said, as he found the latest issue of “Muscle” in the large magazine stand. “I know Dustin will love that!”
“Oh yeah… Let’s take a look…” Ty chuckled, as he stood next to Allen. Peter, of course, didn’t care too much for it, and happily walked over to the Science and technology section, where the computer magazines were. He picked up the latest copy of “Byte” magazine and started reading from that, while he was standing just a few feet away from Allen and Ty.
“Ooh man, check out this guy!” Allen grinned. “Look at this dude’s chest! His pecs are like boulders!”
Meanwhile, just a few feet away, Peter was reading his computer magazine, when he suddenly began to feel a tingling sensation in his chest.
“Huh? What’s that? Don’t tell me I’m gonna grow now!” he thought to himself. Then, his pectorals quickly inflated, pushing against his shirt while making his shoulders and his chest bulge out! In just a few seconds, his chest filled out and made him look like a bodybuilder! “Whoa!”
“Hey! Look at his arms!” Ty grinned.
“Ooh man…” Allen added. “With biceps like that, this dude can bend steel! His guns are awesome!!” Allen continued, as he took a closer look at the photo of the bodybuilder’s biceps, which were displayed in the magazine that he held in his hand.
At that exact moment, Peter was overcome by that weird tingling again, but this time, it was in his biceps.
“Whoa!” he gasped, as both biceps began to inflate at the same time, growing from 10 to 18 inches in just a few seconds! “Uhhh wowwww!”
Peter looked on and realized that it must have been Ty, Kent, Joce or Allen who was making him grow. Since Kent and Joce weren’t around, the choices were narrowed down to Ty or Allen. He put the computer magazine back and he slowly walked over to the stand where Ty and Allen were browsing through the “Muscle” magazine.
“Uhh guys…” he said to them as he approached his buddies. “What are you looking at?”
“We’re checking out the pics in ‘Muscle Magazine’. Why?” Ty replied, without looking at his cousin.
“I just had a few growth spurts…” Peter responded calmly.
“Oh dude!” Allen said excitedly. “Look at this guy! Check out his calves! Those monsters are humongous!”
“Uhhhhhh” Peter groaned, as he felt that weird tingling in his calves. He knew right away what was going on, as his calves began to inflate.
“What are you talking about?” Ty said, as he looked up. “Oh man!”
“Huh?” Allen said.
“Dude! You just made my cousin hulk out!” Ty laughed.
Allen grinned as he stared at Peter, who rolled his eyes.
“Lookin’ good there, big guy!” Allen said with a laugh.
“Remember your powers, dude! Just by staring at muscle dudes, you’ll make Peter hulk out!” Ty explained.
“Sheesh! Why did Prince make him so sensitive?” Allen sighed. “Peter hulks out when I even think about muscle!”
“Now you have to shrink him back… Until his next growth spurt!” Ty chuckled.
“Which may be in another five minutes… I may as well just leave him big for now!” Allen said annoyingly.
“Okay! Let’s get the magazine for Dustin!” Ty suggested.
The boys bought the magazine and then walked out of the bookstore. Then, Ty and Allen walked out and strolled around the mall, followed by a large, muscular teen, who was Peter…
