Felicia and Kyle spent the next hour swimming toward the shore. Despite her insistence against giving into their urges, even Felicia wondered how it would feel.
She knew that sometimes even just once was too much. Yet the danger of experimenting with these forms excited a part of her.
Kyle seemed to be a decent person from what she'd felt from Kyle when they'd be in physical contact. His upset over their predicament was obvious. If anything, he seemed more upset over Felicia becoming a walrus then of he becoming one.
That Kyle seemed fine with a life sentence as a walrus alarmed Felicia. She understood resignation to such a fate. However, she also knew that it took courage to face the judgement her form would bring. She'd made a foolish mistake back then; her sea lion form had been a constant reminder of it. Kyle had made a mistake and his walrus form was evidence of it. Felicia knew how easy it would be to join a herd of natural walruses that would only know Kyle as a walrus. They wouldn't judge him, but the life they would offer would pale in comparison to a human life.
Felicia knew that the urges of the animal Kyle had become were playing terrible games with his mind. Giving into them would be easy, perhaps all too easy.
Even Felicia wondered how it would feel to give in just this once.
He was a handsome walrus, that was for sure. Felicia knew it was just the walrus part of her saying this. The walrus before her used to be a young man. The curse had altered his body effectively trapping Kyle and forcing him into a new lifestyle.
At the same time, even Felicia couldn't deny the feelings of liberation. Swimming as a walrus felt wonderful. Even cooler waters were almost tropical to them. Felicia knew that walruses were large down there or perhaps back there was the case now was. She didn't have to be born as (or become a) male to know that even the most modest of guys cared about such things on some level. Felicia wasn't one to worry too much about looks as a human, but even she liked that Kyle saw her walrus form as sexy (even if only to another walrus).
It would be an act not of love but of lust. Wrong on many levels, against everything moral they'd both grow up on. Yet, it had an allure, boy did it have an allure! Yet, perhaps there was some love involved. Felicia wanted Kyle to be happy. Ironically, this would be his first time. Felicia had grown up with people telling her to wait; the first time should be special.
It didn't get much more special or perhaps bizarre then this.
The shore was in sight when Felicia stopped Kyle.
"Kyle," Felicia started. The water glistening on his hide only served to increase her attraction. "I still believe that we should seek help but if you'd like to experience making love a walrus then let's do it."
Kyle blinked. "Really? You mean it?"
He sounded so happy, relieved even. After touching her right flipper to Kyle's chest, Felicia knew that Kyle had been thinking about it the entire time. She didn't want to judge him for it; she'd learned important lessons against judging others in her time as a sea lion. He was a male and the sex drive of a male was different then that of a female. Kyle couldn't help it, he was indeed just being a he. Likewise, if she spent long enough as a walrus to experience being in heat (indeed, perhaps she already was; it could explain her desire growing so strong), she knew that she'd indeed just be being a she.
"I mean it Kyle. Perhaps just this once won't hurt," Felicia said. "But then we need to get help."
Kyle was beaming. His arousal only served to further excite Felicia. Right now, getting help was secondary; this moment was all that mattered to Kyle and Felicia. Just this once, it was time to let go and enjoy these bodies while they lasted; to let go and just be the animals they'd become.
