As Debbi hurried to send herself a copy of the link to her personal (as opposed to work related-- what had Ben been thinking?)email account, she failed to notice that, as a part of the changes she had applied to herself, her addressed book was arranged just a bit differently. Distracted by her plans to ask the newly young and attractive janitor/college basketball star out, she rolled her mouse down to where her home email address was supposed to have been, and automatically clicked the address, pasted the link into the body of the message, and added to the subject line: Important Client To Follow Up On. (The subject line was in case Ms. Baker had decided to add some sort of email monitoring software. To a casual observer it would look like she was doing extra work on her own time. In theory.)
She then hit Send and logged out of the computer, not at all aware she, instead of her personal email address, had selected her All Employees mailing list. (Since, having demoted herself to an intern, working at the business while attending college, she was now in charge of the company newsletter, which went out by email, of course.)
Blissfully unaware, she, and her new boyfriend, went out and had a wonderful evening and night.

Celeste Baker sighed. The day was getting late, and she hadn't even had time to check her email yet. Further more, it seemed her intern had taken off early, taking the janitor with her. That after Martin and Gina had left early, barely taking time to ask permission first. Sometimes she wondered if becoming an entrepreneur had been a wise decision-- she had liked the freedom going into business for herself had promised. Instead it now seemed like her employees were more free than she. Well, at least she had a good crew-- though she thought maybe she should have a word with Debbi and Brian about leaving early without her permission, and maybe she should find a way to drop Martin a hint that his bowling shirt and grooming weren't giving off quite the image she was after...
Opening her email she saw the usual spam-- including what looked like one of the old Nigerian business scam mailings. Except it came from Debbi.
Ms. Baker pursed her lips and cautiously opened the message. It only contained a link... What was her intern up to?
Celeste Baker looked over the message carefully. It seemed to be genuinely from Debbi. Maybe it had been sent to her in error? In fact, it looked like it had gone to everyone. She suspected the young lady of using her computer for non-business related matters. In fact, Celeste suspected many of her employees of such activity, but was willing to tolerate it, as long as it was within reason.
Well, there was one way to find out...
Celeste clicked the link, and found what appeared at first glance to be some sort of avatar design screen for some sort of virtual world, such as Second Life.
'Let's just see if it is as harmless as it looks,' Celeste thought, clicking on the "Be The Person You Have Always Wanted to Be!" option and entering her statistics.
An amazingly realistic 3D model appeared.
'I may have to contact the designers of this site!' Celeste noted. The design was much better than the design of her own company's web site. 'Let's just test the limits of their programing..."
