You tell your coworkers you're stepping out for lunch. You throw your jacket on and take the elevator down. You walk through the large doors and into a chilly Manhattan morning.
I love this city, you think to yourself. The sheer diversity is what makes it so amazing. Hundreds of races speaking hundreds of languages, coexisting in one shining metropolis. You smile to yourself and try to decide what you want for lunch.
Maybe some spicy middle eastern food, you think. But on second thought, some good Latin food would certainly warm you up just as well. Maybe some robust Italian cuisine. A new Indian restaurant opened up just around the corner, though, too, and you're always up for some good Indian. Come to think of it, your within walking distance of Chinatown, too. Hell, you could pick just about any type of food on the planet and find it within 15 minutes.
