"Of course everything's all right," I said. I smiled, hoping I wasn't looking too lecherous as I looked at Dr. Von Hauser's voluptuous naked body.
"That's good," she said. "How has your week been going?"
"Nothing much to talk about until just before I ran into you," I said. "An old lady left her purse in the store and I ran after her and gave it back."
"That was nice of you," she said.
I shrugged. "It was no big deal. But then she gave me this ring" -- I held up my hand, knuckles facing the psychiatrist, and used my other hand to point to the plain brass ring -- "and told me it could grant my fondest wishes."
Dr. Hauser smiled. "Sounds like a sweet old lady."
"But here's the thing," I said. "So far, it's working."
Her eyes narrowed. "What do you mean?"
"The wishes I've made have been magically granted."
"Oh, Joe, we've talked about your fantasies --"
"This isn't a fantasy, though. It's real. And I can prove it." I looked at her naked body.
