You slowly regained consciousness. As you did you realized that you were laying on something. You open your eyes and see that you are in a dimly lit room. Also, you could tell that you were completely naked. You heard footsteps and asked "Who's there?" trying to sound braver than you felt.
"Don't be afraid" a feminine voice said. "You're perfectly fine."
"Who are you?" you asked. "Why can't I move?"
"Good questions" the feminine voice said. "You may call me Dolly. As for why you can't move we're simply blocking conscious commands from reaching your body."
"How are you doing that?" you asked.
"A special drug in your system" Dolly said. "Now I'm sure you want to know why you're here."
"I was wondering that" you admitted.
"Well I'll tell you" Dolly said. "You're part of a government program now. From what I was told you're to be transformed into an eleven year old girl. After your transformation you will be sent somewhere that will be determined later."
"That's crazy!" you said. "You can't transform me into an eleven year old girl."
"We do have that ability" Dolly said. "We have developed drugs that will do it. Now try to relax. I'm giving you your first injection."
She came into your line of sight and stuck a needle into an IV. Your whole body felt warm and you started to shrink. As you shrank you lost muscle mass and body hair. Dolly inserted another needle into the IV and you again felt the warmth throughout your body. You shrunk some more then your dick started to shrink. "I don't know that" Dolly said. "I only transform people."
"Couldn't you find out?" you asked.

"You must have some idea" you say hoping that she did.
"All I can tell you is that I've seen a couple of raids on TV of sex slave rings" Dolly said. "Three people I had transformed were found locked in cages."

You breathed a sigh of relief. Then you thought of something. "If this is like the Witness Protection Program what am I being protected from?" you asked.
"I don't know" Dolly asked. "It must have been necessary to make you disappear though. All I know is what they wanted you to be. An eleven year old girl with platinum blond hair and blue eyes."
"How many have you transformed?" you asked. You wondered how many more people were out there that had been transformed like you.
"I've transformed about fifty people" Dolly said. "Though that's just how many I've transformed. There's three other people who do transformations in this area."
So there are others out there. You wondered if you had run into any of them or if you will. You felt a chill run up your body and you asked "Could I get some clothes? It's a little chilly in here."
"Someone will bring clothes into you" Dolly said. "I'll take out your IV now and you should be able to move by the time they come in with clothes for you."

"They'll fit" Dolly assured you as she stopped the IV drip. "Your transformation was monitored and your body has been measured. Now be a good girl and wait for them to come in and get you ready to go."
As Dolly removed the IV you wondered where you would be going.
