If you swap with someone who has not yet struck puberty, it may be a shock to both of you, you will have a large burst of energy, but the person you have just swapped with will become grumpy and tired for a few hours. If you swap with a girl, many hormones will kick in, you may have a period, and you will become moody.
It is recommended that you keep this abibility quiet and only swap privetly. The ability to swap will last one year, and if you are in the body of someone else after the year has finished, you will be stuck as them.
