Mary knew this wasn't right, Jonathan had become too ambitious, and she decided to try and find that human vial. It wasn't in the box when she looked previously, but there did seem to be a slot for it. She sneaked out of bed to go search for the vial, hoping it might have dropped out somewhere, somehow.
An idea struck her quickly as she got up. She grabbed a thermometer from her bathroom and placed it under her tongue. When it beeped, it read "95.3." She washed it and sneaked it into Jonathan's sleeping mouth. He did not stir. When it beeped, she pulled it out and it read "73.4." She may not have been a genius in the field of lizards and such, but she was at least lucky that that extra bit he drank made him cold-blooded.
She turned the air conditioner on and set the thermostat to forty-seven degrees Fehrenheit. From there she put on some pajamas and started looking all through the house for the vial, figuring if he were to wake up, he'd be sluggish and lethargic.
She looks on her doorstep where the box was originally delivered, and looked around there, fortunate that the accident scene was cleared by now. She finds the vial off to the side underneath a bush. She rushed back in to find Jonathan awakened.
"What are you up to, mate? Ssssurely you're not doing anything you'd regret..." Jonathan stood in the doorway still nude from the encounter. "Why isss it ssso cold?"
Mary stood strongly before him, "I disssagree with your ideass, and I'm making you human again!" She easily pushes him down and holds him to drink the fluid. The whole vial is emptied into his maw, and she holds him to the ground, holding his mouth shut not even wanting to hear him speak. He passes out from the cold.
An hour later he awakens mostly normal, if still rather buff for his normal human self with the male vial still in effect. Mary stands over him as he gets up, "I'm dissssappointed in how you acted that way. Neverthelessss I'm sstill full of your eggss. I know that couldn't be the real you sspeaking back there..."
Jonathan looked at her with a shamed look on his face, he remembered what he had done. While he has had those feelings before, he knew better than to act on them. It wasn't all him that made him act that way, but he did let himself give in to acting on those desires. "I won't do it again. I promise."
Mary looks down at him and ponders.
