Catherine tried to get her bearings when she reappeared. The floor was concrete beneath her paws. At a distance there were beige walls. As she focused she noted that the walls were concrete also. A chain link fence stood between her and the nearest door. Turning to take in more of her surroundings, she realized where she was. It was a kennel! When she dared to turn all the way around, she found that she was penned with six large male Labradors.
Immediately she went to the cage door and started scrabbling at the door handle. Despite being smarter than a dog, she was no more dexterous. All she really accomplished was waking her cell mates. They looked briefly like anyone that had been rudely awakened from a nap, and then they took a distinct interest in her. She backed up to the fence to protect herself, but even she could smell the pheromones she was giving off. She tried to bat them away with her muzzle and paws while keeping her ass glued to the fence, but soon she had been pushed sideways into the middle of the room. She ran to the other fence and turned around, but she was only prolonging the inevitable.
Again she got pushed around into the middle of the room. This time before she could regain her paws, there were paws on her back. Her own desire was starting to betray her, but she fought valiantly... and lost. The first dog entered her, and all she could think to do was howl for help, hoping there was a human nearby enough to stop her assailant. No one came.
