Iqbal frowned at the naked 4 year-old. "You would have had him kill me! Enough is enough, Rais. You like tigers? I think maybe you should be one yourself. And I'm gonna give you plenty of time to learn how to be the best tiger you can be."
"No! I be sowwy! I jus' pwaying!" Rais looked terrified, and backed away from his angry brother. Then he blinked and stared as Jeff started getting larger. The tiny cub aged months in seconds, becoming sleek and powerful again. But there was something different about Jeff this time. Desperate, Rais screamed out "Kwill him! Kwill Ick-bal!" The animal did not seem to ehar him.
Iqbal smiled. "I made Jeff deaf for now. He's a deaf tigress. Or should I say, SHE is a deaf tigress."
Rais stared under the huge cat - it was true, instead of the sheathed penis of a male, Jeff now had swollen teats.
"You wanted to be close to Jeff. Here is your chance." Iqbal walked over and scooped his little brother up in his arms and moved to teh tigress. She sniffed at them, and then began to lick Rais. "You did a good job on your bonding, Rais. Now, let's take it a step further." He lay Rais on the floor and held him down, grinning at the squirming toddler. "Time for a nice, long nap. Enfante de Tigre a foetia!"
Rais felt himsel start to shrink, and wailed in terror. "No! Not baby! Pweese, no make baby!"
Jeff moved close and lay down with her rump at Rais' feet. Her tail lifted to reveal slick, dark lips. Iqbal moved the now 3 year-old Rais closer, guidingt he tiny feet into the tigresses' waiting cunt.
"Nooo!" Now 2, Rais struggled to get free, but was rapidly becoming an infant. He felt hot, damp pressure on his legs, and saw that he was now inside Jeff up to his thighs. The tigress clamped around him, and he felt suction pulling him deeper. As Rais shrank toa 1 year-old, he slipped in up to his tiny choulders. His last view with human eyes was of his brother smiling down at him.
"Don't worry, Rais. You'll be reborn in about 4 months. As a tiger cub. I'll make sure you are given to a good zoo. Bye, bye!"
Rais wailed, but hsi voce was smotheres as he was sucked fully into Jeff,a d drawn up inside the tiger womb. His struggles got weaker, and sleep overtook im. Finally, Rais the evil toddler was floating inside Jeff the tigress as a six-month old foetus.
Iqbal looked at the obviously pregnant tigress. "Well, Jeff. What am I going to do with you until Rais is reborn?"
