"My dear," Bella said, returning her attention to Carrie, purring into her ear, "All the pleasure in the world can be yours, if only you open the curtains. You can be in the pack for life." Bella ran a hand along Carrie's back, slightly pushing her toward the curtained window as the maids' eyes flared yellow and they smiled broadly at Carrie.
"Carrie," whispered John, "Please, don't do this.."
Carrie stared at John, pausing as she reached her hand out to the curtains, ready to part them. "No?" Carrie asked him, looking quite confused.
"Baby," John said, "No..don't..." He shook his head, sure he was getting through to her.
"But.." Carrie said, pausing, looking first at John, then at the maids. "But..I WANT this!" she said. She stared back at him, quietly adding, "Forgive me." With a quick motion, she tugged the curtains open then, spinning around to watch the moon's effect on the women.
